The Passion Stickers company offers an online sales service for stickers of all kinds, representing thousands of different combinations of models, sizes and colors.
The name of the company Passion Stickers is registered at the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) under number 4107155, you cannot in any case use our name without our agreement under penalty of legal proceedings.
The present general conditions of sale govern the commercial transactions carried out on the site www.passion-stickers.com, by the user from the moment when the latter has validated his order.
3: Content of the commands:
Passion Stickers declines all responsibility for the consequences related to the content of the texts, logos or personalized designs ordered by its customers.
Passion Stickers uses the best cutting technologies, nevertheless the display of colors may vary according to computer screens and the responsibility of Passion Stickers cannot be engaged if the customer notices a slight difference between the final product and that viewed on the screen.
The final preview available to the customer at the time of his order serves as a personalized production order and cannot be modified. By ordering, the customer accepts the pricing applied as well as its delivery method. Passion Stickers can in no way be blamed for errors, omissions or spelling mistakes, the customer having previously verified the merits of his order before the final validation of the latter.

6: Settlement (payment):
Payment must be made when ordering by the buyer. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.
The collection of the full amount of the order will be made by Passion Stickers at the time of validation of the order. In case of payment by check, the collection will be made upon receipt of it. All orders are payable in euros. To pay for your order, the buyer has all the means of payment referred to in the order form: online bank card, bank check and bank transfer. As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
Bank transfer: For all bank transfers (national and international), if management fees are applied, they must automatically be borne by the customer, under penalty of non-validation of the order until the total is received by Passion Stickers.
For Switzerland and any other country outside the EU, a transfer called OUR (costs borne by the customer) will be required.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, in metropolitan France and Corsica. For other countries, additional pricing will be requested.
Time: it is necessary to differentiate between delivery times and manufacturing times. Delivery: the average delivery times from the Passion Stickers workshops are as follows: - colissimo => up to 5 days - letters => 24/48 hours Any exceeding of the possible delivery time cannot give rise to damages, retention or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In case of delay in delivery compared to the date initially fixed, the buyer must report it by email to Passion Stickers in order to be able to carry out an investigation with the carrier but also to improve the quality of service.
An investigation with the carrier can last up to 21 working days, if during this period the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the place of delivery designated in the order form. Check upon receipt that the packaging is intact. If you have any doubt, unpack the package in the presence of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery note. Then within 3 days send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier and a copy to Passion Stickers.
Under no circumstances can Passion Stickers be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the postal service or any other carrier.
In the case of a return of the parcel by post because of an incomplete address or parcels not collected at the post office within 15 days and which are returned to us by post, or a customer error when placing the order, a payment of €6.40 will be requested from the customer for the return of the order. In the event of non-acceptance of this closure, no refund can be made to the customer by Passion Stickers.
In the case of an order shipped abroad and then returned by the customer, the refund will be made but you will be charged 10€ by Passion Stickers.
8: Quality or compliance issue:
In the event of delivery of a product that does not comply with the order, the buyer must formulate his complaint within 14 days of receipt of his package.
Complaints must be made by email or telephone and must include:
- the contact details of the buyer
- the reference of the products concerned
- the reason for the complaint
Under no circumstances can an order be returned without the prior agreement of Passion Stickers.
All Passion Stickers items are made and personalized exclusively for its customers. In the event that the order has been scrupulously respected by Passion Stickers, the latter cannot initiate a refund or accept any withdrawal from a customer insofar as the customer ci validated his order via the internet. Passion Stickers will not be able to make a refund but will issue a credit note corresponding to the returned goods.
9: Article L 121-20-2 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts: For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
