Return and Refund Policy

1: Right of Withdrawal and Returns: In accordance with Article L221-28, paragraph 3 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. At Passion Stickers, each sticker is cut to order based on your selections (model, color, size). Therefore, no return, exchange, or refund is accepted for a change of mind or a customer input error. This process allows us to guarantee "fresh" (unstocked) vinyl with optimal adhesion.

2: Guarantee of Conformity: Despite all the care taken during manufacturing, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (incorrect model or color compared to the order), we commit to sending you a replacement product free of charge. All reshipping costs will be entirely covered by Passion Stickers. The buyer must submit their claim within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a photo of the defective product, to the following address: contact@passion-stickers.com.
